1.- Party Responsible for the Promotion C
OCUNAT S.L., with registered office at: Calle Folgueroles, número 17-25 (08022) Barcelona, holder of CIF B-66100793 (hereinafter, "COCUNAT"), is solely responsible for the giveaway associated with this B2C commercial promotion.
2.- Objective of the Promotion
This commercial promotion aims to reward the loyalty of the brand's buyers through a giveaway system derived from the acquisition of products as a gift or eligible purchase during the established validity period.
3.- Period and Scope of the Promotion
The participation period to access the giveaway will be structured as follows according to the buyer typology:
Early Access: From June 21, 2026, to July 5, 2026 (both inclusive).
Other buyers: From June 22, 2026, to July 5, 2026 (both inclusive). The promotion will be applicable in all countries where COCUNAT has official distribution.
4.- Participants
All natural persons over 18 years of age with legal residence in any country where COCUNAT products are distributed may participate in the giveaway. To generate a valid participation and have the possibility of becoming a winner, users must make a purchase on the website (www.cocunat.com) or at physical stores during the promotional period indicated in Clause 3. Making said purchase will automatically assign a participation entry in the giveaway. Participation in this giveaway is strictly prohibited for employees and/or owners of the organizing companies, as well as their direct relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
5.- Operation of the Giveaway
To participate effectively in the giveaway, the user must:
Have registered for Early Access and make a purchase between 21/06/2026 and 05/07/2026; or failing that,
Make a purchase on www.cocunat.com or at the official physical stores of the brand from 22/06/2026 to 05/07/2026. Each individual purchase made that meets the requirements will equal one (1) participation entry in the giveaway. Requests or transactions that are canceled, returned, incomplete, or erroneous will be considered invalid. Participants may submit claims by sending an email to [email protected] from the start date of the promotion and up to a maximum of one month after its end, setting August 5, 2026, as the limit. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
6.- Prize Giveaway
All participation entries correctly registered during the promotional period will directly enter a giveaway to be held on July 08, 2026. A random number will be drawn through a random digital certification application (such as app-sorteos.com or similar). The entry that matches the drawn number will be declared the winner. Likewise, three (3) additional participation entries will be drawn to be registered as a reserve or waiting list in order of extraction.
7.- Prize
The prize of this promotion consists of one (1) trip for two people to Paris to enjoy a Skin Longevity treatment at the Maison Épigénétique, with a maximum total value of €2,000. The prize strictly includes:
Round-trip flights for the winner and an adult companion.
Two (2) night hotel stay in Paris.
A Skin Longevity regenerative beauty treatment at the Maison Épigénétique.
Technical specifications of the Skin Longevity treatment: This is a non-invasive, painless regenerative beauty treatment that requires no recovery period and has no solar restrictions or contraindications. The treatment must mandatory and without postponement be scheduled and performed on a Saturday morning. To formalize and close the treatment reservation, the winner must send a request email to the address that will be indicated in the confirmation email.
Payment and economic settlement mechanics of the prize: The winner will be responsible for the purchase and reservation of flights and accommodation. To receive the reimbursement of the prize value, the winner must send an email to customerlove@cocunat attaching the original receipts and booking confirmations for both the flight and the accommodation, as well as the IBAN number where they wish to receive the reimbursement.
COCUNAT will directly reimburse the winner for the cost incurred under the following financial rules:
The payment will be made as long as the total sum of the receipts is equal to or less than 2,000 euros.
In the event that the cost of the flights and accommodation exceeds 2,000 euros, the difference and excess costs will be borne entirely by the winner.
In the event that the final cost is less than 2,000 euros, COCUNAT will not pay the difference, nor will there be any cash or product compensation for the remaining amount.
8.- Communication and Prize Delivery
COCUNAT will send an official notification by email on July 14, 2026, to the address linked to the winning order. The potential winner will have a non-extendable period of 3 working days to confirm acceptance of the prize, providing a copy of their own ID card/Passport. Once validated, a prize acceptance letter containing tax implication information will be delivered, which must be filled out by the potential winner within an additional 3 days from its receipt. Failure to meet these deadlines will mean automatic forfeiture, passing the prize to the first reserve on the waiting list and so on until the number of reserves is exhausted. In the event that all potential winners have been contacted and the prize could not be delivered, it will be considered unclaimed.
9.- Data Protection and Liability
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the sole purpose of managing the contest and paying out the prize. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion by sending an email to [email protected].
