DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

SECTION 1 - What are your delivery charges and delivery times?

Standard Delivery £4.95 2 - 3 working days from order date.

Delivery time is up to 3 working days from order date. We usually deliver within 1 to 2 working days but at peak times this may extend to the 3 days.

Order by 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) and we will deliver your order the next 2- 3 working days.

SECTION 2- Where do you deliver?

At the moment we can send orders all over the United Kingdom except to the Channel Islands. We don't deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

SECTION 3 - Where is my order?

When you place an order you will get a confirmation email first, and then you will get a dispatch email when the item has been dispatched and on its way to you. There is a "tracking reference" link on the dispatch email which you can use to track your order on the courier's tracking site.

Should you want to change your address or delivery time frame you can do it directly through the "tracking reference" link on the email.

You can also find “tracking reference” in your order history information by going to my account after logging in, and reviewing your ORDERS.

SECTION 4 - How can I change my delivery address after an order has been placed?

Once an order has been placed you can change your delivery address through the "tracking reference" link on the dispatch email that you will receive.

SECTION 5 - Can I collect my order from a store/office in the UK?

Still, once you receive your dispatch email you can choose to collect your order from one of DHL’s offices. Depending on your area and postcode these might be closer or further away from you. This information will be available in your dispatch email.

SECTION 6 - Why haven’t I received my order?

There are two main causes your order might not have arrived:

SECTION 7 - What happens with undelivered orders?

When an order has been unable to be delivered due to reasons outside of Cocunat’s control we will get the order back to DHL’s offices in the UK where you have up to 15 working days to pick your order.

After this time has gone by, the order will be shipped back to our warehouse. Once we receive your order, we will then proceed to refund the amount of your purchase in the next 14 working days, minus the costs related with the shipping and the return to the warehouse of the order.

SECTION 8 - Can I cancel my order?

You can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days after you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund:

Note: If you choose to cancel your order you need to return your goods in your order to us in perfect condition. Cocunat will not refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us we may charge you for the cost incurred in collecting them from you.

SECTION 9 - How can I return a product?

Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you're disappointed in any way we would like to know, so please make sure you contact us if this is the case.

As long as your product is unopened you can return your item within 14 days.

The following information will be required when returning your goods:

  1. Confirmation Email containing your Transaction Reference Number
  2. Delivery Documentation containing your Delivery Number
  3. List and description of goods to be returned
  4. Reason given for returning goods

When sending back your product by post please include:

  1. Completed returns form that was included when you received your order
  2. Receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods

When returning the goods please note:

  1. It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us
  2. Returned items will be refunded within fourteen (14) working days of receipt
  3. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
  4. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance
SECTION 10 - Do I need to pay return delivery costs?

If you placed the order online, you must pay the cost of returning goods to our UK address.

SECTION 11 - How long will it take to get a refund?

Once your returned goods are received by us, it usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer, for the refund to appear in your bank account. However this can take up to 14 days.

If you paid using PayPal, this usually is refunded the same working day.
