TRIAL CONDITIONS

HOW MUCH CREDIT DO I RECEIVE EACH TIME I PURCHASE A COCUNAT TRIAL?

For each Trial purchased you will receive a code of equal value to the amount of the Trial. The codes are not accumulative, but you can combine them with the promotions of the web. The credit balance does not include shipping costs and you will only receive one code on your first purchase of each type of Trial (Superbox, Routines, CNMU or Singles).

IS THERE A PURCHASE LIMIT?

Yes, you can buy as many Trials as you need, but you will only receive the code with the corresponding credit amount on your first purchase of each type of Trial (Superbox, Routines, CNMU or Singles).

WHEN CAN I USE MY CODE?

We will send you your code with the balance in your favor by email 5 days after the purchase, and you will have 30 days to use it.

CAN I USE THE CREDIT BALANCE ON SEVERAL ORDERS?

It is not possible to use more than one code per purchase. If you have $35 in credit and you purchase a product for $30, the remaining $5 will be cancelled. We recommend that the amount of your order is equal to or greater than your credit balance.

CAN THE CREDIT BALANCE BE COMBINED WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS?

Yes, you can combine the discount code with the offers on the website, but the code cannot be used with other discount codes or for Club membership.
