Secure payment

YOU'RE IN A SAFE SHOPPING PLACE.

Here are some concepts and tips to combat fraud:

DON'T SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

COCUNAT will never send you an email or phone call asking you to reveal or verify your

COCUNAT account password, bank or credit card numbers or any other personal information. In the event that you are contacted by someone or receive an unsolicited email asking for any of the above information, do not respond and inform COCUNAT immediately so that we can proceed with the investigation of the incident.

HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY FAKE EMAILS?

Ignore any e-mail that you receive that asks for personal information or redirects you to a website other than Cocunat.com or Cocunat.es, or that asks you to pay outside Cocunat.com or Banco Sabadell's payment gateway, as this could be an attempt to impersonate you ('spoofing' or 'phishing'), and you should consider it fraudulent.

COCUNAT uses the terms "@cocunat.es" or "@cocunat.com" for emails. If you receive an email with a different format, you can be sure that it is a fake email. Some phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word "Cocunat" in their URL, but will direct you to a completely different website. If you hover your mouse over the link, you'll see the associated URL, which will probably be formatted differently than the ones linked to in genuine Cocunat websites. If you still click on a phishing email and are redirected to a page that looks like "Your Profile" or anyone asking you to verify or modify your personal information, ignore it and consider it fraudulent.

WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU ENCOUNTER A PHISHING ATTEMPT?

Send an Email to [email protected] and attach the email you believe is fake.

By attaching this fraudulent email, you are helping us locate its source. If you can't attach the fake email, forward it to [email protected] and include as much information about the email as possible.
