1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER

COCUNAT S.L., with its registered office at Calle Folgueroles, number 17-25 (08022) Barcelona, holder of CIF B-66100793 (hereinafter “COCUNAT”), is solely responsible for the Retirada Wellness Sweepstakes.

2. PROMOTION OBJECTIVE

This promotion is intended to award a prize to purchasers of the brand during the promotional period.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD AND SCOPE

The promotion will run from June 19, 2025, to July 06, 2025 (both dates inclusive) in all the countries where COCUNAT’s products are distributed. Persons who access the promotion through Early Access will begin on June 18, 2025.

4. PARTICIPANTS

To participate in the sweepstakes, participants must be over 18 years of age and legally reside in any country where Cocunat products are distributed.

To be eligible to win, participants must make a purchase at www.cocunat.com during the promotional period. Making a purchase constitutes one entry into the sweepstakes.

Employees and/or owners of the organizing companies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are prohibited from participating in this sweepstakes.

COCUNAT reserves the right to disqualify any participant who manipulates the registration procedures and/or violates any of the provisions set forth herein. Likewise, COCUNAT reserves the right to verify—by any means it deems appropriate—that the winners meet all the requirements established herein and that the data provided are accurate, correct, and truthful. Participants may be asked to provide, among other documents, original documentation proving that the requirements have been met. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the disqualification of the participant.

Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes unreserved acceptance of these rules and submission to COCUNAT’s judgment regarding any matter arising from them.

5. SWEEPSTAKES OPERATION

To participate in the sweepstakes, you must:

• Make a purchase at www.cocunat.com or at the brand’s physical stores between 06/19/2025 and 13/06/2025.

• Individuals who have registered for Early Access will be able to enter the sweepstakes starting on 06/18/2025.
  

Each purchase made equals one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.

Entries that do not comply with the conditions of the promotion or that contain incorrect or erroneous data will be considered invalid and will not be included in the sweepstakes.

Participants may submit complaints by sending an email to [email protected] from the start date of the promotion until one month after its conclusion, that is, until August 06, 2025. After this period, no complaints of any kind regarding the sweepstakes and its prizes will be accepted.

COCUNAT reserves the right to disqualify any participant who manipulates the registration procedures and/or violates any of the provisions set forth herein. Likewise, COCUNAT reserves the right to verify—by any means it deems appropriate—that the winners meet all the requirements established herein and that the data provided are accurate, correct, and truthful. 6. PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES

All entries received during the promotional period will automatically be entered into a sweepstakes to be held on July 15, 2025.

A number will be drawn at random using the application https://app-sorteos.com.

The entry corresponding to the drawn number will be declared the winner of the wellness getaway sweepstakes for 2 persons. An additional 3 entries will be placed on a waiting list.

7. PRIZE

The prize of this promotion is a wellness experience for two people over the age of 18, valued at €2,000 at Mas Torrent.

The prize will consist of a voucher worth €2,000 for the winner to build her own personalized wellness experience from the options available at the accommodation.

Not included:

• Travel costs to and from the accommodation

• Fees related to documentation requirements

• Travel or accommodation insurance

The prize is neither redeemable for cash nor transferable.

The winner will be responsible for any additional expenses they wish to incur that are not included within the prize conditions indicated in this section.

COCUNAT reserves the right to make any modifications to the prize and its conditions if deemed necessary.

The prize is subject to the Personal Income Tax (IRPF). The value of such tax will be communicated to the winner at the time of prize acceptance via a compliance document. COCUNAT is responsible for paying the prize’s IRPF on behalf of the winner and for providing the necessary documentation for inclusion in the income tax return.

8. PRIZE COMMUNICATION AND DELIVERY

COCUNAT will send an email on July 14, 2025, to the email address provided in the purchase order.

The potential winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within a maximum of 3 calendar days from the sending of the notification email, providing the personal details of their accompanying person and the identification (ID) documents of both. The accompanying person must be of legal age.

Once the documentation is received, COCUNAT will contact the winner again to deliver the prize acceptance letter (IRPF). The potential winner must complete and return it within no more than 3 days.

Acceptance of the prize implies the commitment to provide COCUNAT with images and/or videos of the experience within a maximum of 15 days from the date it takes place. This content may be used by COCUNAT for commercial, promotional, and communication purposes on its own channels, while respecting the winner's image and privacy

If the participant does not return the documentation within the indicated period or does not complete it correctly, it will be understood that they waive the prize. In this case, COCUNAT will contact the first person on the waiting list and so on until one of the 3 persons on the waiting list accepts the prize. If none of these 3 persons accepts the prize, the prize will be forfeited.

Availability of places is subject to capacity and will be managed directly with Sha Wellness. The booking request must be made at least one month in advance.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the current data protection legislation, the personal data provided by participants will be processed for the purpose of managing the sweepstakes, delivering and managing the prize, and, if applicable, publishing their data. Refusal to provide personal data will result in the inability to participate in the sweepstakes.

The information provided must be truthful and complete. In the event that the personal data are false, incomplete, or not up-to-date, COCUNAT shall be exempt from liability in these specific cases, as the requirements set forth in this document have not been met, and such data will be considered invalid in the event of a prize being awarded.

Furthermore, and for the purpose of managing your participation in this sweepstakes, the data may be processed by third-party companies that manage the sweepstakes or provide services related to the prize, or by COCUNAT itself. Such data will be used solely for these purposes and no commercial actions will be taken with them.

The personal data of participants who consent to receiving commercial communications from COCUNAT will be incorporated into the company’s database for managing their relationship with the brand, responding to inquiries, and sending personalized communications.

Any user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation, and portability by sending an email to COCUNAT at [email protected], indicating the reason for the request and the right they wish to exercise. If identification is needed, you may be asked to provide a copy of a document proving your identity. 10. LIABILITY

COCUNAT is not responsible for the cancellation or modification of any aspect of the prizes by travel agencies or other operators.

COCUNAT shall not be liable to the winner if, for reasons attributable to the winner, they are unable to benefit, in whole or in part, from the prize.

COCUNAT disclaims all liability in the event of incomplete, deteriorated, or late entries, as well as for technical difficulties that prevent participation in the sweepstakes.

COCUNAT shall not be held responsible for any aspect of the Prize that may be lost, deteriorated, delayed, or not delivered to the winner before the date on which the prize must be utilized.

COCUNAT and the collaborating companies in this sweepstakes shall not be responsible for any damages of any nature that may occur as a result of or in connection with the enjoyment of the prize.

COCUNAT reserves the right to modify, suspend, and correct these rules, as well as the organization and/or management of this sweepstakes.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

By merely participating in the sweepstakes, the participant fully accepts these rules. In the event that a participant indicates otherwise, they will be excluded from the sweepstakes and COCUNAT shall be released from any obligations incurred with that participant.

For any controversy that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of these rules, COCUNAT and the participant expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
